3. Booking & Membership
Bookings must be made and paid for prior to use of courts or participation in events.

Memberships and bookings are subject to availability and Netoria policies.

All payments are to be made via the options provided on the website. Refunds, cancellations, and transfers are subject to Netoria’s stated policies.

4. Behavior & Conduct
All users must behave respectfully and comply with all instructions given by Netoria staff and management.

Abusive language, disruptive behavior, or violation of rules may result in removal from the facility or denial of service.

Appropriate sports attire, including shirts and non-marking footwear, is required at all times.

5. Safety & Liability
By entering Netoria premises or participating in activities, you accept that sports involve physical risks including injury. Participation is at your own risk.

Netoria is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from use of the facilities to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to release and hold harmless Netoria, its employees, and agents from any claims relating to your use of the facilities.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and media on this website are owned by or licensed to Netoria. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Privacy
Netoria collects and processes personal information in line with its privacy practices. By using the website, you consent to such collection and use.
